Shipping Policy

Dispatch timing is confirmed per order. Listings may include stock held by Electrotk, a distributor or a manufacturer. Orders containing multiple lead times may ship together or separately after we advise you.

We arrange delivery to the address supplied and remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. You must provide a complete, secure and accessible delivery address and promptly notify us of errors.

Tracking is supplied where available. High-value or sensitive orders may require signature, identity confirmation or a secure commercial address. Authority-to-leave requests are subject to carrier rules and may affect claims where lawful.

Unless expressly quoted as duty paid, destination duties, import taxes, brokerage, permits and local compliance costs are payable by the recipient. Refusal to pay destination charges does not automatically cancel an accepted order, and reasonably incurred recovery costs may be deducted where lawful.

Report suspected loss, shortage or damage promptly so carrier time limits can be met. Keep the goods, carton, labels and packing material and provide photographs. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by the order terms and applicable law.

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will communicate material delays and take reasonable steps to reduce their effect. This clause does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
