Siemens SIMATIC TM SIWAREX Weighing Modules are integrated weighing electronics designed for precise acquisition and processing of signals from analog load cells and strain-gauge force transducers within SIMATIC S7-1500 and ET 200MP automation systems. The family provides single- and multi-channel weighing configurations for platform and hopper scales, combining high-resolution weight measurement with integrated digital I/O and independent communication interfaces.

Depending on the selected variant, one or multiple weighing channels can be connected directly to analog full-bridge load cells. Integrated weighing functions include scale adjustment, zeroing, taring, limit monitoring and trace functionality. Communication through the SIMATIC backplane, Ethernet and RS485 enables integration with the PLC, SIWATOOL engineering software, Modbus systems and remote displays.
